Dry yeast adding ratio is starting from 0.4% based on flour base and bread type

PACKAGING

Dry yeast packed in aluminium coils contains special gas to ensure its quality during the shelf life. Dry yeast 100 gm. Packed in two level, Total carton included 60 pack of dry yeast with total weight 6 Kg divided to 5 sub-carton X 12 pack per sub carton.

STORAGE

Store cold-dry place at room temperature away from sunlight and humidity – shelf life is 24 months from production date

COMMON APPLICATIONS

Fresh yeast is used for all bread applications and some of eastern sweets
